Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within India usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on the destination; remote or rural areas may take longer.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary with product weight, size and delivery location.

Yes, within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. For damaged or defective products we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
